Aromatic wine
Instructions
Let soak the drugs in wine for 12 hours in a covered container, then boil until reduced by a third.
Serve piping hot.
It is often the fix with a dash of Brandy when serving to reinforce alcoholically taste.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of red wine
- 3 g of clove
- 3 g of cilantro
- 7 sticks cinnamon
- 1 g of vanilla
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 4 leaves sage
