Mulled Wine (Vino Cotto)

It's a grape syrup, Emilian cuisine and of lower Lombardy, which is used to prepare delicious drinks.
Put the red wine grape, just did, in a saucepan (Emilia use tinned copper pot), place the pan on the fire and just the juice starts to boil, lower the heat.
Simmer, stirring often, until in the container will remain about one-third of the liquid.
Let it cool, and then pour it into clean wine bottles, tappatele very well and keep them.
Mulled wine will keep for many months, even for a few years.
