Instructions

Put to fire a saucepan with 1 quart of good red wine, 100 g sugar, a few cloves, a quarter of nutmeg, a bit of cinnamon and chopped thin tape peel of a lemon.

Boiling and when sugar is completely dissolved, remove from heat; go through a wet cloth wrung out and serve hot.
