Instructions

Choose a piece of lean beef, put it in a pan where you enter right, season with salt and pepper, olive oil and the juice of a lemon and a half.

Put a sheet of greaseproof paper with oil on the Pan, close by putting a slight weight on lid and cook over moderate heat for 1 hour.

When serving sliced meat and cover with the sauce.
