Instructions

Bought a veal breast.

For the filling, chop the meat and sausage.

In a pan sauté onions with Bacon and the filling, add you bread crumb, parsley, egg, salt and pepper.

Fill the veal breast with the mixture and repaired.

Put it in a pan by sprinkling it with melted butter, onions, and potatoes.

Simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
