Instructions

Caramelize the onions Peel in a pan with oil, sugar and red wine vinegar; join the sturgeon fillet slices and cook for 8 minutes.

Aside to braise the julienned cabbage in a saucepan with oil and garlic, using hot water if necessary.

Work in a bowl the flour with the egg and milk; form a crepe cooking the batter into pan; cut it like noodles.

Serve cabbage with noodles of crepe and accompany with slices of sturgeon and glazed onions.
