Instructions

Cut the zucchini into thin slices, mix with garlic cut into small pieces and the onion cut into rings.

Drizzle with vinaigrette (5 tablespoons oil, 2 of vinegar, salt and pepper, beaten together).

Sprinkle with chopped chives and parsley and a pinch of oregano.
