Instructions
Tick, carefully wash the zucchini and dry them with a paper towel.
Cut them to length with a thickness of about 5 mm, flour them on both sides and emerge them going into the beaten eggs.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and FRY-stick better if turning from time to time.
Remove from heat and let drain for a few minutes on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Arrange on a serving dish, add salt and serve immediately hot and crunchy.
