Fried zucchini
Instructions
Peel Zucchini, remove the ends, cut them into six parts lengthwise, then cut the pieces into logs of 5 centimeters.
Peel and chop the onion.
In a deep dish, place the pieces of Zucchini and onion with bay leaf; Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, pepper slightly.
Sprayed everything with milk and let stand for thirty minutes.

Drain the zucchini pieces; remove the bay leaf; dry the zucchini carefully with a paper towel and lightly flour them.
Then heat the oil for deep-frying to 180 degrees.
