Soup chicken livers
Instructions
Dry chopped onion with a little oil, then add the still frozen soup and mix.
After a few minutes add the nut and hot water 75 cl.
Bake for 50 minutes.
Make stir-fry the chicken livers, cut into small pieces with a little olive oil and bay leaf.
10 minutes before you turn off the heat, add the livers to the soup and season with salt.
Remove bay leaf and serve with Parmesan cheese.

- 1 pack of zuppa del casale findus
- 3 chicken livers
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1/2 onion
- Little of olive oil
- 1 nut for stock
- Salt
- Parmigiano
