Barley and Nettles soup
Instructions
Bring to a boil the broth and throw barley and chopped nettles.
Bake covered, over low heat for 30-40 minutes, until barley is cooked.
Season with salt and pepper and add the boiled meat cut into fillets.
Fry the croutons in butter, place them in bowls and pour the soup.
Serve hot.

- 1 cup of pearl barley
- 2 bunches of nettle tops
- 150 cl of broth
- Boiled beef
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
