Instructions

Cut into strips Catalonia, then boil it in salted water for 15 minutes and drain.

Brown onion and chopped garlic in oil, then add the salt, pepper, chicory and season well.

After 15 minutes pour the boiling broth and cook for a few minutes.

Combine the eggs with the Parmesan cheese, stir and put the fire out.

Serve immediately.
