Spring onion soup with cheese and bacon
Instructions
Do Brown the chopped onions in olive oil and add the hot chicken broth.
Let Cook about 10 minutes.

Put a piece of cheese in warmed plates, pour a little olive oil, a few drops of balsamic vinegar and add the slices of bacon.
Pour the hot soup and serve.
