Green Bean Soup (Zuppa di Fagiolini)
Instructions
Cook for 10 minutes add the chopped peeled tomatoes, green beans, sliced onion with 1 glass of olive oil and water 1.
Join 150 cl of water and cook until the vegetables are soft.
When the soup is cooked, sprinkle with parsley and chopped Basil.
Pour over slices of stale bread and serve.
