Crayfishes soup
Instructions
Finely chop together the garlic, parsley and red pepper and fry them in a pan with oil.
Add the cherry tomatoes cut into pieces and let them simmer 10 minutes, then rinsed with 1 liter of boiling water, add salt and continue cooking the soup again 10 minutes.
Dip the shrimp soup and let them cook for about 10 minutes, until they become a nice bright red.
Place the bread in the bowl, pour over the soup with shrimp and serve.

- 12 crayfish cleaned
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 bit of chili
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
