Instructions

Cut the pumpkin flesh into cubes and cook in steam for about 20 minutes.

In a saucepan heat the butter, chopped onions, insaporitevi then add the potatoes cut into cubes, pumpkin cubes, garlic peeled and deprived of central green bud.

Adjust salt and pepper.

Add the hot broth and cook the soup for about half an hour.

In a bowl mix cream cheese and mix in lightly toasted bread cut into pieces and a pinch of pepper.

Split into single holsters and cover with soup.
