Instructions
Thoroughly clean 150 g basil leaves perfectly healthy, with a slightly moistened cloth.
Place the leaves in a glass jar with a wide mouth, alternating with layers of salt up integral (about 200 g).

Close and store in dark and dry place for 20 days.
At the time of use do not add salt to the preparations, because the basil leaves are already very salty.
