Herbed mackerel fillets with stacchino cheese pie
Instructions
Clean and fillet mackerel, oil and prepare them in a mix of chopped herbs and breadcrumbs and FRY in a pan with olive oil on the skin.
Meanwhile line the walls of a stencil with puff pastry and fill the inside with 1 tomato mixture, chopped anchovies, basil leaves and stracchino.
Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve the pie with Herbed mackerel fillets.

- 1 mackerel from 300 g
- Fresh mixed herbs
- Breadcrumbs
- 100 g of puff pastry
- 50 g of stracchino cheese
- 2 anchovies
- Basil
- 1 peeled tomato
