Boil the potatoes, Peel and mash in a bowl.
Mix the herbs and incorporate them to potatoes and after the eggs and stir in flour, salt, cheese and 40 g of compound extract of dumplings.
Cook in boiling salted water and when they come to the surface, drain and toss with melted butter and cheese.
