Instructions
Frozen frog legs to trap them, embragandole, removes the bleb of gall and make you bleed for an hour in water and milk.
Then they immerse themselves in a marinade of parsley, chopped celery and white wine.
After 2 hours it bread into the batter and FRY in hot oil.

- Skinned frogs
- Parsley
- 1 costa of celery
- White wine
- 1 glass of milk
- Flour
- Eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Frying oil
