Beat well the reds and start mixing in the same toward adding, very slowly, the oil as soon as the mayonnaise will start to become much soda, add a few drops of lemon and continue to pour the oil and stir; at the end add a pinch of salt; with patience and with care you will have a good mayonnaise.
Where? On boiled fish, tomatoes, vegetables.

- 2 egg yolks
- 1 glass of seed oil
- Few drops of lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
