Puttanesca sauce
Instructions
Sauté in a little oil the capers, anchovies and garlic; Add the chopped tomatoes, olives, salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes.
Used to season pasta, but with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 G = = Chopped Tomato
- 4 anchovies in olive oil
- 100 g of black olives without stones
- 1 clove of garlic
- Capers
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
