Instructions

Clean the vegetables, cut broccoli in florets and wash everything.

Slice the vegetables.

Heat the oil and add the onions and garlic and seasoning.

Add the carrots, 2 tablespoons of water and cover.

After 5 minutes add the broccoli, anchovies de-boned and washed, other 4 tablespoons water, cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Add salt and serve warm.
