Torta di ricotta e patate
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in salted boiling water and peel them.
Pass the potato masher and let them fall into a bowl that was already sifted the ricotta.
Combine beaten eggs, chopped garlic and parsley fine, a rub of nutmeg, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and pour into a baking sheet greased.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees.
