Chocolate variation
Instructions
Cut into semicircles with a small round raviggiolo food shaping moulds and 1 PEAR slice getting equal measure floppies.
Superimposing them and cover them with the melted chocolate (Bain-Marie).
Let cool bon bon and serve them with five different spices: black pepper, sea salt, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg.
