Mussel soup (5)
Instructions
Clean and wash the mussels well.
In a large frying pan Brown garlic in olive oil with chili and then add the mussels, 1/2 glass of wine, cover and not just open to cooking a knob of butter and 1 teaspoon full of flour.
Mix briefly, pepper and serve with slices of toasted bread.

- Parsley
- Basil
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1 walnut butter
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Hot pepper
