Champagne vinegar achilea
Instructions
Achillea flowers must be yellow and shelled.
Heat the vinegar adding chopped shallots; the first tremor off the flame and add the flowers of achilea.
Leave to marinate for 24 hours, then filter and bottling.

- 100 cl of champagne wine vinegar
- 12 flowers of yarrow
- 2 shallots
