Seasoned pumpkin flowers
Instructions
Trim the stem to the courgette flowers and eliminate the filaments.
Wash them and let them drain well.
In a pan with olive oil, Brown the clove of garlic, delete it and pour the pumpkin flowers.
Season with salt and pepper and allow to cook covered on low heat stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
Serve accompanied with slices of whole wheat bread.
