Spaghetti Sauce Cod (Spaghetti al Sugo di Baccalà)
Instructions
Braise in olive oil and whole garlic and minced onion.
Remove garlic and add the tomatoes split and a tbsp of water.
To restrict a dozen minutes and add the diced cod, olives, capers, chopped parsley, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Bring briefly to cooking.
Boil the pasta and dress with the sauce.

- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 50 g of black olives
- 20 g of capers
- 1 onion
- Parsley
