Instructions
Cook zucchini in boiling water for no more than 5 minutes.
Cut to the long side and let them cool, then gently dig inside to remove all pulp.
Let dry in 2 tablespoons olive oil, finely chopped onion, add the cloves, chopped and squeezed the pulp of the zucchini, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.
When cooked add an egg, 30 g of breadcrumbs, 80 g of grated Parmesan and cheese cut into cubes.
Fill half the zucchini and place in a greased baking, sprinkle with a bit of Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake for 15 minutes at about 200 degrees.

- 6 zucchini
- 150 g of emmenthal cheese
- 100 g of parmigiano
- 1 egg
- 100 g of onion
- 40 g of breadcrumbs
