Instructions

STEAMED SCALLOPS 00363 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 12 large fresh scallops, onion (green), 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a bit of fresh ginger (big as a thumb), 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.

Open the scallops with a knife, remove the shellfish, remove the beards and black bag.

Rinse clams in a little salt water and dry with a cloth.
