Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE For the book: 300 g prawns or shrimp, with 750 dl of white wine, 1 stick of celery, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 teaspoon salt and a few grains of pepper.

For the sauce: 6 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 tablespoons ready-made, red wine vinegar, 6 cl of fresh cream, 10 cl of cartoon, coarse salt and ground pepper preparation time: 1 hour and 20 minutes cooking time: 5 minutes Cook on the Proceedings for about an hour.

Remove the shell to scampi and their cooking for 5 minutes in boiling fish fumet.
