00591 VOL AU VENT STUFFED with SEA INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE with olive oil, 50 g of peeled prawns, 50 g crab meat, 50 g of cooked mussels, 100 ml cream, 16 vol au vent, salt, chopped parsley.
In a nonstick saucepan, heat the finely chopped onion with a little oil.
Add the shrimp, crabmeat, mussels, chopped them and skip the whole thing for 3 minutes along with the parsley; savoury pies.
Dissolve the cornstarch into the cream taking care not to form lumps and add to saucepan until it reaches a denser texture and fill the vol au vent.
Place them in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 4 minutes and serve cold with a salad.
