Instructions
00128 SMALL SNAILS of HAM INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 slices of cooked ham, 100 g of pat, 2 tablespoons port.
Stir in the pat with the port and roll it out over the slices of ham.
Roll up the slices of prosciutto and wrap them in tin foil and place them in the refrigerator for an hour.
When they are cold, remove the rolls from the foil and cut into rings.
