Small snails rabbit ragout
Instructions
Cook the carotina in about 200 g of water, when boiled, and mash well with a fork on a plate.
In the same water boil for about 4 minutes, small snails.
In the pot, mix the homogenate of rabbit to puree, mixing with a little of the pasta water.
Drain and season small snails with meat sauce and a drizzle of olive oil extra virgin.

- 1 homogenate of rabbit
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil extra virgin
