Instructions

00507 FRUIT SALAD INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 tender white celery, 1 Apple, 1 lemon, 300 g of watermelon, 1 bunch of grapes, white 30 g Virgin olive oil, salt (s.q.) Cut into slices the soft heart of celery and put it in a bowl: cooked sliced watermelon, diced apples and grapes well washed to beans.

In a bowl, prepare a citronette with lemon juice, olive oil and a pinch of salt; stir carefully.

Pour over the salad and stir gently once.

Served as an appetizer or as a flow rate between the first and second dishes.
