Provencal tortillas
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of cooked leg of lamb, 8 Tablespoons green olive cream, 50 g Parmesan cheese, 100 g of olives, a sprig of basil, 4 wraps, salt and pepper.
Cut the leg of lamb into pieces.
Pitted olives and cut them into thin slices.
Wash the basil leaves.
In a bowl, mix olives cream with Basil and olive oil.
Heat wraps in the oven for a few minutes.
Spread them with olives and Basil Cream, put the pieces of lamb, olives and the cast of Parmesan.
Carefully roll up the wraps and serve immediately.
