Instructions

01301 CAULIFLOWER PUDDING INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 1 cauliflower, about 1 kg, 2 eggs, 50 g of butter 1 cup of milk, 3 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan, 1 pinch of nutmeg, Cup of prepared with meat sauce and mushrooms, salt and pepper.

Preparation and cooking time: 1 hour and 30 minutes.

FIX: minimal Clean PROCEDURE cauliflower by removing the leaves, then split it into florets, discarding the thickest part of the stem.

Cook for 15 minutes in boiling salted water, then drain and tritatelo.

Meanwhile, prepare sauce: melt the butter in a saucepan and taken by a nut for umburrare the mold; then add 2 tablespoons of flour and poured warm milk, stirring constantly.

Bring sauce to a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, then season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Pour the sauce in a bowl and mix in the grated Parmesan, chopped cauliflower and finally the beaten eggs.

Put the mixture into a mold by a capacity pudding l you have buttered and floured previously.

Heat the oven to 180°, prepare a bowl with boiling water and soak the mold, then pass in the oven for about 50 minutes, until the pudding is firm.

When cooked put the pudding on a serving dish, sprinkle with the sauce and serve.
