Instructions

4 CHEESE TERRINE 01519 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 100 g of fresh cheese and creamy Philadelphia type, 100 g, 200 g of Roquefort cheese, 100 g butter 12 slices of cheese, flour, 50 g of walnuts.

Mix the Philadelphia Cheese with ricotta until smooth and homogeneous cream.

Beat the butter and mix it with the chopped walnuts and Roquefort.

Small mould lined with plum-cake with kitchen foil, lightly greased, and fill it in this way: three slices of cheese, half the soft cream cheese, another layer of cheese slices, cream of Roquefort and walnuts, another layer of slices, the rest of soft cream cheese and, finally, the remaining three slices of cheese.

Serve cut into slices, accompanied by assorted bread: uncut, with walnuts, normal.
