Instructions

AVOCADO TERRINE 01372 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 1 package of potato flakes, 1/2 l of milk, 25 g butter, 3 red tomatoes and fleshy, 3 spring onions, 1 avocado, 100 ml (1/2 cup) of oil, 200 ml (1 cup) of mayonnaise, 1 lemon, salt, tabasco, parsley.

Prepare the mashed potatoes with 1/2 l of milk, butter and a teaspoon of salt; combine oil, lemon juice and a few drops of tabasco sauce, mix well.

Peel the avocado, split it into four and sprinkling with lemon juice; Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and chop the flesh into cubes small.

Chop the onions and when done with avocado, tomato and a few tablespoons of mayonnaise and a little chopped parsley.

Grease with oil a mold, place half mashed to form a smooth layer placed on top of the avocado and tomato mixture, cover with the remaining mashed.

Place in the refrigerator for an hour before you pull out; serve accompanied with the rest of mayonnaise.
