Instructions

03661 CAVATELLI and BROCCOLI 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS for the dough: 250 g flour, an l and water, 650.

For the sauce: 400 g of broccoli, 50 g extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chilli salt.

PROCEDURE prepare the pasta: put in the mouth of a robot 150 g water, flour and a pinch of salt; mix for the dough is uniform and smooth.

Pour the dough on a floured worktop and roll it out with a rolling pin until it reaches the thickness of 1/2 cm.

Cut the dough into strips the width of 1/2 cm and these cut into many shoes 4 cm long and attocigliateli on yourself with your fingers.

Rinse broccoli and cut into florets.

Pour the remaining water and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil; Add the broccoli and simmer 5 minutes.

Add the cavatelli and continue cooking 5 minutes.

When cooked, drain cavatelli and broccoli, stir-fry them with olive oil, garlic and chilli and serve immediately.
