Instructions

MEDITERRANEAN CAVATELLI 03840 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 Kg mussels, 400 g of boiled beans, 300 grams of fresh cavatelli, 1 clove of garlic, 1 chilli, 40 g of olive oil, 250 g of peeled tomatoes, 500 g water, parsley, salt.

Put the mussels in a bowl with cold water and salt to make them bleed.

In a pot put 250 g of salt water that you will bring to a boil and you will cook the mussels for 20 minutes.

Drain the mussels, which in the meantime will be open, saving the water.

Chop garlic, chop the chilies and sauté with oil; Add the tomatoes and water part of the mussels.

Cook for about 15 minutes.

Pour the cannellini beans in the sauce and let stand for about 10 minutes.

Cook the pasta in salted water.

Once cooked, drain.

Season the pasta with the sauce and add the mussels.

You blast the pasta over high heat, place it on the plates and garnish with parsley.
