Provencal tomato bruschetta
Instructions
Wash and cut into very thin strips, put the vegetables in a salad bowl with the capers desalted.
anchovies and olives, then season with oil, salt.
Basil and a splash of vinegar.
Toasted bread slices, drizzle with a little oil and season with the vegetables.

- 4 slices of bread
- 150 g of zucchini with the flowers
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 30 g of capers
- Some of pitted black olives
- Basil
- 8 salted anchovies
- Olive oil
- Salt
