Instructions

03796 SPAGHETTI with tomato and basil sauce INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of spaghetti, 500 g of tomatoes, 2/3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, an onion, chopped basil, chilies, wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.

Peel the onion, the garlic cloves and chop finely.

In a pan, fry the onion and garlic, add the tomatoes, chilli and cook over lively until the tomatoes are soft.

Keep aside.

Meanwhile, Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package.

When cooked, drain them, place them in the Pan and sauté for a few minutes and serve immediately.
