Spaghetti with tomato and sweet pepper
Instructions
Blend for one minute the tomatoes, pepper, parsley, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Add the oil, then in order to obtain a creamy mixture.
Add salt and pepper and add this sauce the boiled noodles that you al dente.
If the sauce is too thick, add more oil.

- 500 g of type noodles pasta
- 250 g of tomatoes
- 150 g of red peppers
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
