Instructions

SHRIMP SOUP and 04560 CHICKPEAS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g of shrimps, 500 g of chickpeas already, 30 g of boiled onion, 30 g of carrot.

250 g cooked ditalini, 500 g of Minced garlic PROCESS water, onion and carrot and FRY in oil for a few minutes, add the shrimp and seasoning.

Pour the water and chickpeas and bring to a boil, Cook for 5 minutes then add pasta and continue cooking for another 9-10 minutes.

Add salt and pepper and serve hot soup.
