Instructions
Private shell the shrimp and let them FRY for two minutes in a pan with the butter and the finely chopped garlic.
Sprayed with the brandy, add salt and pepper according to your taste and remove everything from the fire.
Roll out with a rolling pin the pastry that you did previously thaw at room temperature and with a lined baking sheet, making sure to coat the sides.
Wash the parsley, remove the stems and finely tritatelo.
In a bowl beat the eggs with flour and a little salt and pepper until obtaining a cream compact, incorporated the cream and shrimp with their cooking.
Pour everything into the baking pan lined with pastry and passed in hot oven for about 40 minutes or until the surface is golden, crispy dough and the filling well hardened.
Serve the pie warm or at room temperature according to your taste.

- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- 4 eggs
- 600 g of shrimp
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 250 g of cream
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 40 g of butter (or margarine)
- 1 dram of brandy
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
