Instructions

04412 MINESTRONE PASTA and CABBAGE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 3 potatoes, carrot, tomato, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 onion, 1 stick of celery, two leeks, 1 clove of garlic, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 large knob of butter, 3 l vegetable broth, salt, 100 g of cabbage, Diced Bacon, 400 g ziti, 50 g of grated Parmesan.

Clean and cubed potatoes, carrot and soak for a few minutes the tomato in boiling water: shave it, remove the seeds and cut into pieces.

Prepare a very fine chopped parsley, onion, celery and garlic, previously washed and cleaned.

Put the mixture in a pan with the butter.

You cook the sauce, then add the leeks, cut into slices, potatoes, carrot and Bacon, stirring the ingredients together.

Cover all with the warm, savory vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Meanwhile wash well the cabbage, cut into strips and add to the other vegetables.

Simmer for about 2 hours at low heat.

Boil the ziti in minestrone, gently mix, bring to cooking sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and serve.
