04626 CHESTNUT DUMPLINGS SOUP and INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 350 g of peeled and boiled chestnuts, 300 g of pasta type dumplings, a liter of meat broth, 1/2 of onions, 30 g of cream, 30 g of butter, a few Bay leaves, salt, pepper, thyme.
Boil the chestnuts in lightly salted water with the bay leaf for 30 minutes, then Peel.
Coarsely chop and (keeping a dozen aside), pour in the boiling broth.
Add the thyme and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
