Instructions

04795 SURIMI SOUP with TOMATO SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS a nut for chicken broth, 150 g of surimi sticks, an onion, 2 carrots, a spoon of oil, 400 g of chopped tomatoes, a clove of garlic, a sprig of thyme, a bay leaf, a sachet of Saffron, salt and pepper.

Prepare the broth by dissolving the nut 50 cl of boiling water.

Coarsely chopped the surimi sticks.

Peel, wash and chop the onion, Peel and cut the carrots into thin slices.

In a nonstick saucepan, heat the oil and fry the vegetables for 10 minutes.

Add the broth, tomatoes, garlic, thyme, bay leaf and saffron.

Stir and bring to a boil.

Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

Add the sweet potatoes, season with salt and pepper and continue cooking for another 5 minutes on medium heat without cover.

Delete and then Laurel and thyme and serve in soup plates or zuppierine.
